Cozy Sunlit Studio Room in the Heart of Hollywood. Spacious and bright private guest space in Hollywood, with a studio-style layout, abundant natural light, queen-size bed, sofa bed, large TV and generous workspace. Plenty of storage space is available, including a closet and walk-in closet in the entrance area, both exclusively for guests. Paramount Pictures, the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Larchmont Village are nearby. The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building, with no apartment directly above. Guests have access to their private guest space, as well as the shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes a dining table next to a window, providing a pleasant space for meals or working. The entrance hall, with a shoe-storage area, a closet, and a walk-in closet is also shared, providing plenty of additional storage. ***Please note: I'll likely be traveling for about 15 days starting late December. During that time, you'd have the apartment entirely to yourselves — the only thing I'd ask is that you check in on my cat.
