Hi! We are a couple looking for a roommate in the upstairs portion of our home. You would have the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and upstairs bathroom pretty much entirely to yourself! Utilities and wifi are included in the rent cost. There is also a garage and ample street parking! The main shared spaces would be the laundry room (in the finished basement where we are currently staying) and the kitchen upstairs.
