1,255 /Month

Looking for someone to take over my room at 907 W School St in Lakeview. Rent: $1,255/month + utilities Available: Flexible between October 9 and November 1 Lease ends: July 26, 2027 Room: ~9x10, lots of closet space + direct porch access Location: About one block from the Belmont stop You'd be living with two guys in their early 20s. Both are social, watch football, go out on weekends, and would ideally like a roommate who wants to be friends and hang out rather than just coexist. It's a great apartment and living situation, and I'm only leaving because I'm relocating. If you don't want to move in until November 1, I'll cover October. If you'd like to move in earlier, I'm flexible and we can work something out for the remaining portion of the month. This would be an official lease takeover through the landlord. Message me if interested! Happy to send pictures/videos, answer questions, or set up a time to see the apartment.
