Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to share my home in the Westminster area! A little about me: I'm an engineer with a Hybrid work schedule. In my free time I enjoy time outdoors, staying active, knitting/crafts, and spending time with friends. I have two amazing dogs that have endless love to share. I'm looking for someone who is responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and communicates well. I am looking preferably for another female roommate in her 20s or 30s but am open to branching out if it seems like a good fit. A little about my space: Your room would be on the lowest floor, with your own private bathroom and space to set up an office or small living room if desired. The room is currently furnished but I am open to making it unfurnished if you want to bring your own. I would prefer no additional pets. I am asking $1,400 a month and this includes utilities! Happy to share more pictures of the space or do a walkthrough on request! Ammenities: -Walking distance from the RTD station with easy and direct access to Union Station and Boulder. I use this often! -Opportunity to reduce rent through watching my two dogs when I have occasional trips for work or fun. (Ask me about Free Rent for the month of October if you can watch the dogs between the 10th and 23rd!) -Close to H-Mart, Trader Joes, Costco and many other great shopping spots. -Access to my gym with a free subscription to Peloton Bike, Tread and Guide. -Plenty of storage in Garage or home Gym for gear and miscellaneous! -Unlimited Espresso or Coffee from my automated espresso machine. -Lot's of fun kitchen appliances including a Ninja Creami, Crispi and Blender, Ooni Pizza Oven, an Instant Pot, Bread Making supplies, Kitchen Aid with Pasta Maker, induction plate and hotpot etc. -Use of my 3D Printer, make anything you want!! -I will add you to my Costco Executive membership, Spotify Premium Plan and you will have access to all my streaming services (Netflix, HULU, Disney Plus, Prime, Apple TV, etc.) -Access to any of my books/games/puzzles/records! -Option to hire a professional cleaner if that is something you are interested in!
