This is the second suite in our 1912 brick building and perfectly located if you want to be close to downtown, love walkable neigbourhoods and can't get enough of the best coffee shops in Calgary. We are looking for (a) tenant(s) ideally from November until May. The suite has two bedrooms and one bathroom and the west-facing balcony is perfect to have a glass of wine while enjoying the downtown view or the sunset. The majestic Bow River is just a block away and we love taking advantage of the trail system or have a croissant and latte at the Simmons Building. All amenities are included and it comes fully furnished.
