We have done a real nice job remodeling unit 12 at 301 N. Sunshine in Eloy.Water, Sewer, Trash, & Gas for these units are billed through us. You just pay for electricity. The water heater, stove, and heat run off of natural gas, so the electric bill will be very low during the winter. And we have newer high efficiency AC units in most of the units. They are super quiet and are very nice.Currently Open:2BR 1 Bath $1,050 $65 water/sewer/trash $20 Gas for a Total of $1,135.00Deposit is $1,135 $250 nonrefundable cleaning deposit = $1,385Total move-in for the unit is rent $1,135 security deposit of $1385 for a total of $2,520We also installed dual-pane windows in all of the units which make them much more comfortable in the summer and winter as they keep the hot or cold outside. The complex also has free wi-fi for everyone which reaches all of the units. And it's pretty FAST. We offer the fastest speeds you can buy from CenturyLink. It also has an enclosed garage and the flooring was upgraded.
