Only internet is not included. This unit is on the 8th floor and faces to the east. Beautiful natural lighting comes from the 4 large windows that highlights this as you walk in the door. This unit is perfect for a couple or one person who wants to be in the heart of the city close to all that downtown has to offer. Security deposit is $1000. This unit is non-smoking and no pets. We are willing to discuss lease arrangements.
