THIS IS A SHARED HOUSEI own a 4 bedroom house in the southeast community of Riverbend, and 1 free bedroom (furnished), 1 big kitchen, lots of hangout/relaxing space. The other two rooms include my bedroom and office (I often work from home).Rent is $850/Month on a month-month lease. This includes utilities, high speed internet, and a monthly cleaner to deep clean the house.I am looking for 1 person who is generally down to earth, no drama, social and fun. Unfortunately no couples because of my previous experiences. Male or female is fine too. You can either use one or both of the bedrooms.The house is freshly renovated and very clean.
