2 bedrooms available, unfurnished but one of the rooms comes with a bed. right outside of a bus stop and only a 10 minute walk from multiple grocery stores and many different retail stores, also a 2 minute walk from a park. Kitchen, Livingroom and bathrooms are all shared spaces. We do also have a very friendly cat in the house. Looking for younger people preferably, I'm a woman living with my brother so either male or female is alright, also we are lgbtq friendly!Both rooms are $800 a month and all utilities are included, there is also have a parking spot in the back. We will paint the rooms whatever color you would like before moving in as well.There is an $800 damage deposit and you will be under a subletting contract.
