This 36-ft dock with unobstructed south-facing views of LI Sound, in the Guilford Yacht Club, is located on the protected West River in the charmingly historic town of Guilford CT. Not only does ownership of the dock provide you with a safe and easily accessible haven for your boat, but it also gives you and your family access to the spacious clubhouse, the heated pool with showers, and tennis courts. The convenient Dock House has beeen recently painted, and gives you the convenience of hot showers and rest rooms. Watch the resident Bald Eagles, along with Ospreys, Great Blue and Yellow-Crowned Night Herons, Snowy and Great Egrets, from your boat, or the clubhouse, as the sun sets over the marshes to the west. A short stroll to the Guilford Train Station gives you access to trains to New Haven and NYC, and the Amtrak Northeast Corridor.
