The condo has 2 rooms total, meaning that you will share kitchen and bathroom with another roommate in the condo.-Walking distance from Ctrain Victoria Park/Stampede station (2 blocks).-ALL Utilities are included (Wifi, electricity, gas, water, water filtered, heather).-Laundry and Dryer on site (you don't have to pay extra to use them).-The location of the place is 120 15 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2R 0P5-Accepting up to 2 people in the same room ($150 extra).-The private room is available starting on Nov 1th.-For hot days (most of them during the summer season), the air conditioning is not available, but you can bring a Compact Portable Air Conditioner(no more than 8,000 BTU's, which will be enough to cool your room).-the Room has a bed, a desk for your laptop and/or a office chair (ready to work from home).-Sorry, no pets are allowed.-Smoking is not allowed.-Renting from 6 months contract to long term.-$650 deposit upon approval.The advantage against other private rooms is Location:2 blocks from Ctrain Victoria Park / Stampede Station (Best public transportation in Calgary).6 min walking distance to H Mart (for groceries).7 min walking distance to MNP Sport Centre (They have swimming pool, gym, hot-tub, sauna, basket-ball field, yoga).3 min walking distance to "First Street Market" Express food like mexican, vietnam, indian, italian, coffe store, juice, pizza, bar.6 min walking distance to start enjoying "The 17 Av" (lot of restaurants and bars).4 min walking distance to Shoppers (Pharmacy, Cosmetics, beauty products).13 min on ctrain or 22 min walking distance to Real Canadian Superstore (Groceries, pharmacy, clothes).28 min on ctrain to SAIT.-Kindly, please tell me about yourself (I will consider that you are really interested and you will get a reply from me).-Either me or my wife can show you the place, (with our current tenants' schedule)
