Got a room available in my basement, shared with another tenant. Full time employment, first months rent, a security deposit and references are necessary. The room has a bed in it already. You may need to bring other small things to make it a fit for you. All of us that live in the house are commuters and shift workers, so keeping quiet and fitting in in shared accommodation is necessary, so only commuters are allowed, with preference to team 501 and 504, please let me know if you are on another team and we might be able to make something work. The bus stop to work is a 2 minute walk. Location is Parsons creek south.
