The site is located at the now closed Brittin Reserve Army Training Center. Volunteers of America Delaware Valley received tax credits to redevelop the area into a 66-unit rental high quality family units. The development will consist of 65-income restricted rental unites and an additional unit for on-site management. Fourteen of the units will be set aside for veterans. All units will contain a full kitchen, living and dining area, full bathrooms, and large bedrooms. The development will also include a community room, playground and on-site laundry.
