Includes access to living room, back patio + smoker, kitchen, washer/dryer as long as everything is kept clean. Kitchen storage includes a few different shelves + half the fridge/freezer. Water/gas/electric are split and charged separately on the 15th of each month. Garage space for car or storage available for extra $125/month, otherwise street parking is right out front. Lease can be extended as long as everything's working out for both of us. Parks, basketball + volleyball courts, food, store, golf course + clubhouse/restaurant are all a short walk away. Neighborhood watches out for each other. No pets, no smoking/drugs, 'quiet hrs' 10pm - 8am. Furnished upon request! (Furnishings include bed, desk, TV, side dresser) Request unfurnished otherwise.
