I am renting the entire bottom floor in a nice, historical home on North Delaware St. Indianapolis 46202. The room is on the other side of the house, with a private entrance, private bathroom, and large closet. You can shut the door between the room and the kitchen, and it let's you have your own separate space. I live there, and my 14 year old son is home every other week. I have 2 cats, which is the limit. Having privacy is important. But I am also unopposed to being friendly. I enjoy cooking, though I don't have a set dinner routine. I love to bake, so there's pretty much always some kind of cake around. Lol. And I am always looking for new recipes to try ????
