$1,000 /Month

I own a very nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1900 sq ft, first floor condo in a very convenient and beautiful setting in Sandy Springs, GA. I only plan on visiting it for roughly 4 weeks per year. So, as my roommate, for 11 months per year, you basically get the entire condo to yourself. I will keep my bedroom off limits. But, the rest will essentially be yours for only $1000 per month. The condo has a patio, large outdoor deck, and an exclusive bit of green backyard. The complex has 2 pools, gym, tennis, basketball, meeting room, etc. You'll have a reserved parking spot right outside the front door. Very nice arrangement. I will ask 3 things in return for this very favorable rental arrangement: 1. You check my mail once per week and send pictures of the contents to me. - 5 minute task, once per week. 2. You must be a non-smoking, non-substance abusing, professionally employed female, without any pets. 3. No one else will enter the condo. It's not to be a social place (no parties, no romance here, etc). I'm only interested in renting to a serious, professional, self contained and neat woman. I haven't furnished the condo yet. I thought I would wait to see if my roommate had furnishings that she wanted to bring. Basically, you can decorate the home as you see fit, if you like. Again, I'll only be there roughly a month per year. I'll decorate my own bedroom. Or, I can provide furnishings. I'm not a completely incapable man in that department.
