Rent is $870 for the room per month EXCLUDING utilities (monthly utilities are shared between 3 tenants). It includes a washer and dryer, 2 fridge/freezers, a TV and high speed internet and a shared storage room. It has a fireplace and a large sunny furnished patio with BBQ. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, extra shelving and lighting. Students provide their own linen and towels. The other 2 rooms are rented by PhD students. This room is for single occupancy only.This apartment is reserved for a FEMALE Medical, Veterinary, Nursing or PHD Post Gradaute STUDENTS ONLY who are associated with the University or Foothills Hospital. It is directly across the road from the Foothills Hospital and University of Calgary Medical and Veterinary Schools. It is just down the road from the U of C Main Campus. There is a bus stop right outside with direct links to the U of C main campus, the Alberta Children’s Hospital, the C-train, as well as everywhere in and around Calgary. Stores, malls sports facilities, parks are all nearby. The room is available from August 1, 2026.
