$800 /Month

I have both a fully furnished(800) or an empty bedroom(600) available for rent. All utilities and internet included. Month by month. It has a full bathroom across the hall that doubles as a guest bathroom. I have 2 cats. Main rules are be mindful of the cats. no smoking/vaping inside the house. Keep common areas clean. No overnight guests. It's a nice neighborhood, don't be trashy. I have smoking areas in the front garage and backyard if needed. Occassional cat care requested, 1-3x a year for a week at a time for work trips. Usually amounts to 200 off monthly rent per week.
