Room for rent in shared accommodations in a newer home (2.5 years old). Rent does not include utilities which would run about 150 a month for the tenants share.The rental is for a room but the place is shared. Only one renter and my self. So 2 people max including me, Not looking to overcrowd the place.No last minute Applicants looking to move in the day after contact.. That is an automatic no.There is bus service here but it is the on demand bus service that takes you to a nearby bus stop. Grocery stores and other amenities are 12 to 15 minutes away by car. Nice area.The room is unfurnished so is just an empty space. Its a new room about 8 x 12 plus a walk in closet. I can furnish it if needed, but would be an extra cost.I can provide other pictures as asked.TC
