NEIGHBORHOOD DISCLAIMER: This home is located in a predominantly elderly neighborhood that has many older run down homes and is currently undergoing renovations/ home flips. Occasionally, one neighbor far down the street plays music and loiters, but otherwise the area is often quiet and neighbors are always to themselves. Please keep this in mind if you would prefer to stay somewhere with a better outside environment. THERMOSTAT DISCLAIMER: As described, the home is shared with other guests like yourself all with possibly different temperature preferences. For this reason the thermostat is locked and set to an ambient temperature that's deemed suitable for all. ~68 degrees Cool in Summer ~68/70degrees Heat in the winter If this is not warm or cold enough for you, feel free to bring a fan (each private bedroom has a ceiling fan) and/or space heater to have in your room. Also you will be able to open and close the vents and windows in your room only. You may periodically hear the furnace turn on, due to the unit being on the same level of the home. Theft of common area items, especially utensils like bowls, spoons, forks, knives and serving tools is prohibited, and you will be charged if these items go missing. Please clean after yourself at all times - this is a requirement for all guests for the best stay possible!
