The room itself gets incredible natural light with two large windows. It can come unfurnished for you to make your own, or fully furnished (including a premium Queen Purple mattress, bed frame, dresser, desk, and nightstand) if you are starting fresh. We’d be sharing the bathroom, but it has a double-sink vanity, so you get your own dedicated sink and space to get ready. The rest of the condo features modern black cork floors, A/C, and a massive private balcony perfect for hanging out. The Best Perks ($1,095 covers EVERYTHING): Your Own Garage Spot: The room comes with a dedicated, secure parking spot in the building's garage. If you know Cap Hill, you know this is pure gold! Zero Utility Bills: High-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, heat, water, and trash are 100% included in the $1,095.
