Located right near the living room. Available on or after September 15th. Upstairs rooms: One room is available now (shared bathroom). The second upstairs room becomes available on or after September 15th. This listing covers either the downstairs room or either of the two upstairs rooms. All three rooms come fully furnished and include: 55" TV with internet-connected apps and a TV stand (one upstairs room has a 45" TV but has direct access to a 65" TV in the adjacent den) Good-sized closet You're welcome to use the kitchen, living room, and dining room as if it were your own home. I rarely use the kitchen, so it's available whenever you need it. The house is a luxury smart home with high-end appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and 8 Gbps symmetrical internet running on enterprise-grade Wi-Fi access points and a proper firewall. I have a Mini Australian Shepherd that is very sweet and won't bother you. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable here, please treat the place as your own.
