Amazing master bedroom available in Harrisburg area. The lease runs from August 2026 - May 2027. The room available is the master bedroom, with en-suite master bath, and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom is NOT furnished. The living room and kitchen are furnished, but you are welcome to bring additional items for those areas. Washer AND dryer are included in the house. Individual rent would be $740.58 WITHOUT utilities. Utilities vary depending on the month, but we normally pay about $150 per month individually. There are currently 2 female roommates. The three of us have already lived in the house for a year. Female roommates only. Both roommates are very clean and keep all living areas tidy. They’re both very kind and welcoming people. The house is about a 15 minute drive from the university. There is a Chick-Fil-A, Dairio, Dunkin, Harris Teeter, and a few other stores/ shops about a 5 minute drive from the house. This is a gem!
