Private bedroom and dedicated bathroom in a spacious 2,400-square-foot apartment located between Central Park and Lincoln Center. The full-service luxury building has a 24-hour doorman and a private elevator that opens directly into the apartment. Shared spaces include a large living and dining area, chef’s kitchen, central air and an in-unit washer and dryer. The common areas are furnished; the available bedroom is unfurnished. The third bedroom will remain my office/guest room, so only two people will live here. This is a direct renta I’m 27, work in data science, and enjoy rock climbing, biking, cooking and dinners with friends. I keep a clean, well-cared-for home and am looking for someone considerate, tidy and comfortable communicating directly about shared-space expectations. I’m social, but this isn’t a party apartment. Occasional guests are welcome; frequent groups and large gatherings are not.
