SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: showmojo.com/lrbe/fd4aa04001 ---- Set back and just high enough to feel above the fray, this 1930s upper unit is all ease. Think: original hardwood floors that have seen stories unfold, barrel ceilings that know how to hold a little drama, and windows-so many windows-that pull in the kind of golden-hour light that flatters everyone, even your houseplants. The living room sets the tone-airy, elegant, and just theatrical enough to make your morning coffee feel like an entrance. The kitchen is grounded in terra cotta tile and deep wood cabinetry with the kind of character you just can't fake. Long tiled counters offer ample space for your Le Creuset or your Postmates, depending on the mood and the week you've had. The bedroom is sweet, sunlit, and wrapped in charm, with closets that seem to multiply and a softness that invites sleep, dreaming, or at the very least, some excellent texting. The bath keeps it vintage-subway tile, pedestal sink, and light that understands the assignment. Set in a classic Craftsman triplex with gated entry and a sense of calm that's getting harder to find, this apartment offers more than just good bones. It offers good timing. Because right outside your door? The Silver Lake Reservoir. Maru matcha. Sunset Junction strolls. Spontaneous bookstore detours. And that feeling that maybe, just maybe, you're right where you're supposed to be. Details: Street parking only One-year lease. One month's security deposit.
