The midrise consists of 40 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units, all occupied by seniors and persons with disabilities. The Townhomes offer two- and three-bedroom units. Residents have easy access to the CTA Red Line 69th St. rail station and many neighborhood amenities.
