All information must be attached in the link above for application to be processed. o Income - Must be 2.5 times of your NET income. - Employment Verification- Your employer must be able to verify your employment. - No Dispossessory's. - Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash/money order/electronic payment and are required to hold the property. - First Month's Rent - This will be due the same time as your holding fee. - Proof of established utilities is needed prior to move in - Properties may not be available to move into immediately once your application is processed, we can schedule a move in date and time.
