Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and lawn care. Application requirements include a $2,400 security deposit. Please submit the last two months of pay stubs and copies of all applicants' driver's licenses with the application as one PDF file. After reviewing applications and income documentation, the landlord will select applicants to proceed with credit and background checks.
