House is on a secluded cul-de-sac. Monthly rent includes all you need: - 6-zone FIOS Giga internet - FREE parking = all utilities - use of private pickleball court only for residents. There are shared living spaces: kitchen, home gym, living room. Also included is light cleaning every other Friday to clean, vacuum, and tuck things away in common spaces. Price also includes unlimited Mrs. Pacman and Golden Tee arcade game access! Room may be available for shorter stays/crash pad -- but only if you are a repeat crasher. Not interested in one time rental. There is a 3rd bedroom you can use as an office, if you like for an additional +300/month. (This room will not be rented as I use it for out of town guests and friends). Parking is free, easy and abundant, however, if you prefer you have the option of a dedicated garage (2 car garage, this is for one space) available for an additional $150/mo.
