Room 2 (Spacious): $1,115/month ($13'3" x 9'5"). Much larger room with plenty of space for a queen bed, full work-from-home desk setup, and dressers. One pic of the room atm. Utilities: Not included (ConEd electricity and Wi-Fi are split equally among tenants). Bathroom: You will only share the main full bath with one other roommate (I have my own ensuite), so no morning bathroom gridlock.
