You can enter the property through the oversized two car garage area which has plenty of room for storage as well or through the back door. This unit is perfect for roommates. There is a flat $200.00 utility payment for all of the utilities (gas, electric and water) and a $75.00 per month landscaping fee year round. During the summer the landscaper keeps the grass trimmed and cut. During the winter, the landscaper removes all of the leaves from the property so the landscaper fee is $75.00 each month.
