JP2 is a quiet, neutral space suited for residents who value cleanliness, respect, and a straightforward living arrangement. House rules are in place to support a safe, stable, and hassle-free environment for everyone. NO guests allowed at anytime in the building. There is FREE low bandwidth internet, good for texting and checking emails. Members can purchase additional high speed internet through the building wide wifi for all other internet needs such as browsing the web, social media, gaming, streaming etc.
