You get a large private bedroom, 4 piece bathroom and office / living room area with a fireplace and great view of the large backyard. your suite has a door with a keypad lock for your privacy.The house has several common areas which you are welcome to use. 2 living rooms (Upstairs and downstairs), sunroom with skylights, shared kitchen & laundry and large front and back yard (with a vegetable garden)Ideal for young professionals, work from home, students, pensioners, retirees or a couple.Rate is for single occupancy, double occupancy would be slightly different to accommodate for additional utilities.There are currently 2 other tenants in basement bedrooms and 2 well behaved cats in the house. The cats would not have access to your private area (unless you wanted them to)No pets preferred, but reach out if a concern, and we can chat about it.Available immediately, long term preferred, but negotiable. Option to start with fixed term lease until March 1 2027 and extend from there.Available semi furnished (queen bed. night stand, couch) or unfurnished.
