Private stand-alone carriage house. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful place. This garage is tucked behind a main house and is a separate building. Use the lockbox to get the key and then head up the stairs to your loft-style apartment. This great space offers a TV with streaming, a full bathroom with stand-up shower, a table for working or dining, a large sectional sofa, as well as a queen bed. The food prep area includes a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. (No Kitchen. Dogs are present on the property so we cannot allow tenants with pet dogs.) We do allow up to 2 cats for a $250 refundable pet deposit. Street parking. Linens are included. The carriage house does not have a washer/dryer but there is a local laundromat. There is an outdoor patio for tenant use. The application fee is $35 per person and the refundable security deposit is $1800. We offer month-to-month leases only.
