We are looking for a responsible, clean, organized, and reliable single female with experience in elderly care to rent a fully furnished one-bedroom basement suite.The ideal tenant will be someone who enjoys spending time with seniors and is willing to provide 1–2 hours of companionship and light assistance per day to an independent 85-year-old woman who lives on the main floor.Examples of assistance include:Going for a walk togetherPlaying cards or board gamesHaving conversations and providing companionshipShe is fully mobile, prepares her own meals, and takes care of her own housekeeping. No personal care, bathing, lifting, or medical assistance is required. She speaks English and Russian.The homeowners, a husband and wife (wife is Philippine and prefers the same for roommate) in their late 50s, live on the second floor and also help care for her.
