Hello! Are you female, and looking to secure housing for the 2026/27 school year, without having to pay a summer rental fee? For the last 3 years I have hosted university students (2 years with an Ambrose student) in my home, which is in Strathcona Park - less than a mile away from Ambrose University. The home is a walkout - so your space is the lower level which iscompletely above ground. Nothing is shared except the entrance and the kitchen. It includes a large bedroom (king bed, dresser, desk and closet), a living area (2 power recliners, fireplace, tv, mid-sized fridge). The bathroom is a full 4 piece and is not shared with anyone. There is also a large deck outside of the living room area for your use. The kitchen is shared with me. Space comes completely furnished. Beautiful city views from bedroom and living room. Outside, there is driveway parking for one vehicle. The cost of $750/mth includes wifi/Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as Roku and all utilities.
