This large, furnished bedroom and shared 3 piece bathroom are in a family home located in the beautiful community of Canyon Meadows. We are a 3 minute walk to the bus and 10 minute walk away from the LRT. We are looking for females only, as we have a daughter at home with us. The expansive room (16' x 17') is set-up for cable and wifi and has a large window to let in some beautiful natural light. Fridge, microwave and dishes are provided for your personal use. You also will have use of the main kitchen as well. Furnished with bed, desk, and dresser, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if desired. There is also a parking pad available for off street parking. We offer you a safe, warm environment to call your own.
