Bathroom is large and has a full size tub with shower.Utility costs are not included and are shared with upstairs tenants.I will consider small and quiet pets, and if accepted there is a non-refundable $250 pet fee per year per animal. House is non-smoking, but you can smoke outside of course.It can be rented empty if you have your own furniture, or for an additional $350 / month it can be outfitted and fully furnished with everything you need so you can just bring your clothes and move in.
