Constructed by the current owner, me, it features all-new finishes, including quality flooring, a brand-new furnace, and a stylish barn wood feature wall.The kitchen includes modern touches like a USB charging outlet (how much more modern can you get than a USB?), pendant lighting, an apartment-sized fridge (to keep your grocery budget in check), and both a microwave and dishwasher—all included. It's the perfect setup whether you’re reheating leftovers or preparing a full meal.There are two bright bedrooms, each with large egress windows for both safety and natural light. Custom barn doors add a touch of handcrafted character, while the bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a large rain shower head, spray wand, and some pretty decent tile and glass work, if I do say so myself.Shared laundry facilities are available with the landlords (and their friendly cats), including an additional fridge for your use. While storage is somewhat limited in the laundry area, there is still room for everyday items—just not an entire heirloom collection.Street parking is easily accessible, and the backyard is spacious.
