This pet friendly home offers hard surface flooring with no carpet. Owners will continue to pay for the solar which includes electricity. Tenants responsible for all other required utilities and renter's insurance. Note that $500 of the security deposit and $150 of each pet deposit will be non-refundable. This will be used for deep cleaning post move-out and tenant will only be responsible for removing all belongings and leaving home broom-swept.
