peaceful and safe bedroom for rent description: located in Woodside Queens, 2 blocks from Astoria, 5 minutes walk from subway station, 4 subway stops from Manhattan, apartment is very quiet, peaceful, I'm renting 1 bedroom, I have a neat bathroom and kitchen, I have an extra Air conditioner for you in case you want to use it in the summer. It will only be me and you living in the apartment. No more roommates to share with. Rent will be $1000 cash per month + monthly electricity bill (you pay half I pay half) + internet is $20 per month electricity monthly bill can fluctuate from more or less $20/per month per person to +/- $75/per month per person (during summer because of AC). if you want to reserve and take in the room you will need to transfer the first and last month rent. There are citibike stations around very close. Grocery stop is 1 street away, building has its own laundry washing machine and dryer machines. Plenty of gyms around the area. NYC Ferry Astoria Terminal is 15 min in bicycle ride. very safe building and area. your room has a smart tv, 2 book shelves, drawer, and your own closet outside your room. -you Must be reasonably clean (clean up after yourself) Sorry, no overnight guests (no friends, no boyfriends, no girlfriends, no one-night stands). If you're looking for 'party city', this is not the right room for you. But if you're looking for a reliable, friendly, calm and quiet accommodation, this is perfect. -Must be respectuful of others, and preferably friendly:) -no smoking cigarettes, no ecigarrettes, no marihuana, no drugs, no ebikes in the apartment. - no loud parties, high noise not allowed in the building, no overnight visitors -pets not welcomed - For security purposes, I will require a photocopy of your drivers' license or passport. I'd like to know who is living with me! No blasting any loud music, please. - Don't stay up all night please. No loud telephone calls or banging around pots and pans and cooking after 10 pm at night.
