The Gateway property was completely remodeled. It features all new hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, central heating/cooling, dishwasher, tank-less water heaters, and more. The property has all 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom units. The unit is separately metered for water, gas, and electric. Water and trash service is included. We have up to one covered parking spot available per unit for an additional $99 per month.
