The sellers have enjoyed this acreage for 34 years and now it is time for you to enjoy it! This property is conveniently located just 1.5 mile off Hwy 5 at the town of Hartford in the Carlisle School District. It is also located next to public ground along the Middle River, the Des Moines River, as well as the beginning of the Lake Red Rock Reservoir, so recreational opportunities are abundant. The house has good bones and there have been some updates like electrical, shingles, furnace, AC, and water heater. A new 2 car detached garage was recently added, and there are a couple other outbuildings on the property. The house is on rural water, but the original well and pump are still in place.
