The unit is an old 60's house that was split into a duplex. The two of us will be living in the upstairs unit, while downstairs is occupied by a nice couple with a cat. There is a full yard, a washer and dryer downstairs (just before entering the lower unit itself), and a garage. The garage door's hangar door does not open, but you can use it as storage for anything you don't want to keep inside the house. I've lived here for a while, so it's mostly furnished in the shared living space. There's a couch and tv in the livingroom, and a few feet from the livingroom is the kitchen, which includes an oven, kitchen sink, and a fridge w/ a freezer. Other ammenities include a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils etc... all personal items that I'm happy to share with someone who treats my stuff with respect :) Things to know: our windows open via crank, outwards. So if you have a window AC unit, you might need to get crafty to install it. I will also reiterate that the unit is old, so you may notice something needs upkeep from time to time. If you reach out to me or the landlord, we'll check it out and usually have the issue addressed within a week!
