I am currently living in a 1-bedroom apartment. I am open to subletting this apartment and allowing someone to take over this space and I find another space. I am also open to us both moving to a 2-bedroom apartment on the same apartment complex. Both options will aid in finishing the second half of my lease at a lower price. I am happy to speak over the phone or get together at a cafe in Frederick, MD to see if we'd be good matches for one another. I am currently a substitute teacher for FCPS, and I am a local mixed-media artist who spends most of their time outside or with my community. Our lease agreement would be sorted out through the leasing office so a background check will be required. Note: I put Bethesda because it was one of the closest neighborhoods to Frederick I could find.
