Easy city living meets classic New York architecture. This beautiful coliving home was once a single-family mansion, with many of the stunning details still in place — including ornate fireplaces (now decorative), intricate woodwork, and stunning hardwood floors. Alongside these classic details, you’ll also find everything you need for comfortable city living. Cook dinner with roommates in your completely renovated kitchen, unwind with a book in your cozy living room, or find a moment of peace in your own private bedroom. The Grand House is conveniently located near the C and G trains. Arrive in Midtown Manhattan in only 35 minutes, or explore local neighborhoods like Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, and Crown Heights. Traveling by foot is also an option at Clinton Hill, where you can walk to Pratt Institute or Fort Green Park and explore the brick pathways, or you can ride the readily available Citi Bike to downtown Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Navy Yards. Aside from those nearby institutions, Clinton Hill is also full of fun and world-famous spots to socialize and grab a bite at. Order a drink at Mekelberg’s, a local favorite, and then shop at their specialty grocery section. If you’re looking to wow your tastebuds, make reservations at the Finch — a Michelin star restaurant — or at Emily, rumored to serve the “best burgers and gourmet pizza” in New York. End the night at Sisters, a gorgeous cocktail bar with a breathtaking skylight and liquor shelves. Packed with a myriad of restaurants, beautiful brownstones, and leafy Brooklyn streets, Clinton Hill characterizes all the best parts of living in the city. Its streets are full-of-life, and the neighborhood, being home to Pratt Institute and Fort Greene Park, has a friendly community. In New York City, you can find every culture, style, cuisine and language. Some of the Big Apple’s most well-known contributions include Broadway, cheesecake, the Statue of Liberty, hot dog carts, the Thanksgiving Day Macy’s Parade, Central Park…The list goes on and on and on. Concerts, sporting matches, and festivals happen almost every night, so be sure to keep your calendar open. About Coliving Concept.
