No credit check required. Background check and proof of income required.If interested please provide brief background on self and desired length of stay. Security deposit half of one month's rent; can be paid over multiple increments. -Utilties & Fees: Utilities are additional $100 and there is also a $10 consumables fee for toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. which I provide.
