Please be prepared to provide the following: your ID, two recent bank statements, two recent pay stubs, and details about your rental history. If you are a student or international student, you will also need to provide information about your guarantor or sponsor. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. Also included: are coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked. We provide: many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you’ll never have to wait...; regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study; all our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free; 24/7 security cameras in all common areas. NEIGHBORHOOD It is moments from a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, and it is a few blocks from Saratoga Park.
