Hi there! I have a furnished guest bedroom and unfurnished basement available with their own bathrooms. The house is a 4/3, with a nice fenced-in backyard and back patio, garage and large driveway and free street parking. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and full of families and is close driving distance from I-70 and Olde Town Arvada (8 min). I work in healthcare and travel a lot, so I’m not home a ton, but would love to have someone to share this space with me! I have a sweet Bernese Mountain Dog and pittie mix, as well as two cats, so pet-friendly roommates are a must. I would be open to a roommate with more pets, they just must get along well with others. I’m an open book so ask away! There’s also a basement gym and cold plunge in the garage that I would be open to sharing, and a fire pit in the backyard.
