Looking for a roommate to share this space of a gorgeous apartment in NW Calgary. My place is 10 minutes walk to SAIT, and 10 min bus ride to the University of Calgary. Save on gas and on parking at university and wake up just an hour before you have to be in class. The apartment is fully furnished with a shared bathroom, fully furnished kitchen and living space. I am a very pleasant person and easy to get along with. I like to study and play video games but I am committed to success in my classes. Rent is $1200 a month which includes everything only bring your clothe and your food. Damage Deposit is $1200. looking forward to having another successful year at university and to meet a new roommate. Ideally looking for a roommate from September 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
